The portfolio is a mix of light industrial / manufacturing buildings with small to medium bay depths. The properties are located in Phoenix, Tempe, Mesa, Chandler, Gilbert, Glendale, Goodyear, Surprise and Peoria. Voya provided the permanent financing.
