2017 Firefighter Recruitment
Chandler, Scottsdale, and Tempe are holding an open registration and written exam for the 2017 firefighter recruitment process. Qualified and registered candidates will take a written test and the departments may use the list of eligible candidates to hire personnel. Registration opens May 8 and closes May 22. Bashas’ family of stores is trying to fill more than 300 positions. The company is holding a job fair on Tues. April 25 from 10 a.m. until 7 p.m. at the Mesa Convention Center. The jobs are at Bashas’, AJ’s & Food City Stores and the company distribution center. The open positions range from hourly clerks to store managers, to distribution center positions and everything in-between. No experience is required for many of the positions.
